Week 4 - Wim Hof Method

Week four was excellent! The highlight was being able to do a headstand. I didn't think I would be able to do a headstand, but I fucking did it. All the push-ups and ab workouts for the past three weeks must have helped.
I was amazed with my strength and mental power. I also feel like I'm finally figuring out the correct breathing method that makes my body extremely tingly and I can feel warmth rushing throughout my body. I'm breathing more into my belly, then filling my lungs, and then to the head.
I also was able to withstand a few 10-minute cold showers without shivering. The can feel my skin being more resilient to the cold. I definitely could not have done this 4 weeks ago. I couldn't even have the cold water touch my back.
This week had a few days of sunshine and many days of cold rain. There were days where I was working in my outdoor office in 35 degree weather and had no problem being out in the cold for 30-40+ minutes.
I'm excited to dive into week 5 where we'll be doing more intense yoga poses and hae been challenged with taking a 10 minute cold shower everyday. Here we go!
